Good location, very much close to the old part of the city and majority of the attractions ... very close to Mariahilfer strasse, the main shopping street in Vienna .... Rooms are quite spacious & comfortable ... good value for money considering the location & facility... though internet is not continuous and have to reconnect after every 2-3 hours and also the breakfast was too basic

Bella Vienna was decent--didn't have any major issues, but at the same time it didn't really impress.

The location is good, in a quiet area despite proximity to shopping, and short taxi ride to central areas.

The entrance is odd considering you buzz into a door and take a lift to reception on 6th floor. The service by the staff was good but not outstanding. The restaurant is by the reception--breakfast was mediocre, a continental buffet and zero hot food.

Our room was huge, very spacious and light. Unfortunately the space is not used well. The room is so large that it feels barren, being inadequately furnished to fill the space. The television is ridiculously small for the size of room. Some aspects had a budget feel too, such as the industrial toilet paper and tissue dispensers that you see in public toilets. There is also no air con.

Wifi is available but the router connection is on one side of each floors lobby only. As we were on the opposite side we could not reach it from the bedroom, only living room, as it was too far--a bit of an inconvenience.

Overall the hotel was decent, just don't expect to be wowed.

My friends and I stayed at Bella Vienna in February. The location of the hotel was a short distance (10euros by taxi) from the Vienna train station and a 5min walk to the nearest metro and the main shopping district! Restaurants littered the neighbourhood and the largest Market is a 15min walk away. Main tourist attractions are also a 15min walk away and the location of the hotel is just superb.

We stayed in a family room which had a living area with 3 beds and a separate room with a double bed. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The decor was elegant and you'll find everything you need inside. The bath is luxurious and very spacious.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too. They were always ready to help and constantly made us feel valued as customers!

Breakfast was plentiful and they even have free flow of prosecco for breakkie!

Definitely a must-stay!

Hotel is 300 m from main shopping artery of Vienna, famous Mariahilfer strasse. City centre is some 20 min walking. If You came by car, there is parking and cost 18E day. Hotel is an old building but clean inside. Reception is on 6th floor. Elevator is shabby. Rooms are nice. quite big and have all the amenities. Big LCD TV, Safebox, Cardkey, Big and comfy mattresses. Clean sheets. Bathroom is immaculate though towels are small. There is NO Aircond, only big fan, so in summer months its HOT. Restaurant on top floor with good choice for breakfast and beautiful view over the city. West bahnhof is 10 min walk. We paid 168 E for two nights bed and breakfast and consider it as a good choice against Vienna prices. Recomend it.

We've got upgraded to a better room, with views of Vienna and lots of space. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and with many healthy options. It is very well located, very close to two metro stations, and at a walking distance from the main attractions. The thing I would change is that the building itself. At a first impression is not very nice and the elevator is super old but all this is easily forgotten once you see the rooms.
