Enjoyed an early dinner here last weekend - three adults and one child. They do not have a separate children's menu, but the waitress was happy to modify a meal to suit a picky eater. All three adults chose the reindeer filet (sorry Rudolph), which was magnificent, served with root vegetables, potato fondant and a sauce to die for. The portions were quite large, especially for Norway. This was followed by fresh mint tea and a yogurt panna cotta. A perfect Sunday dinner to end a lovely weekend in Drammen.
The restaurant is located in the recently developed area of Strømsø, next to the river. The outdoor seating includes views of a cute plaza and the river, and has heating lamps for those chilly Norwegian evenings. Indoor seating is sparse, modern and comfortable.
Service was accommodating and efficient without being intrusive.
