Hot. Way too hot. The theatre is old and not air-conditioned, making the experience marred by the feeling of melting away, regardless how well the play is. I would hope that on some occasions, the staff can open the doors to keep them open.
The view of the stage is good, though, especially from the galleries. The theatre itself is located within walking distance from the city centre, right by a nice park and close to the waterfront.
