Narvik is a wonderful city,- and Enter hotel looked retro and simple, cheap and OK when you only need a bed in the night.

When we first came there, it was nobody in the reception. But a paper with our roomnumber. It stood that the door was open, and the key was inside the room. We had read already that this is common here, so we just went up. But still weird, cause other people can just go in.

When we first saw the room, we thought it was OK for the price. The bed was comfy, big windows and ok temperature. But when we opened the bathroom, it smelled really bad. And it wasn't even anything to put the toilet paper in, cause the handle were broken... And when we came home after a long day, and were about to take a shower- we also noticed that the shower didn't have anything to hold it up. So while showering, we had to hold the shower head all the time... This is simple to fix, so too bad nobody has done anything.

It was filthy there, in the shower there was brown og black dirt around the edges, and the floor had dust all around. The TV didn't work.

By the time we went there nobody changed our towels or gave us more toilet paper, and since we never saw anybody working there - we had to buy our own. There wasn't any refrigerator there, so difficult to buy your own drinks and have them cold by the night.

But the positive! :-)
-Cheap
-Good, comfy beds
-Good internet at the night
-Bar at the hotel in the weekends
-OK breakfast

No one in the reception when checking in. Had to call someone in another city, who obviosly served the hotel, to find the key. The room was totally worn down. Bet the walls haven't seen neither soap or paint since the 70,s. A kind of "Twin Peaks" feeling. The bathroom smelled weird, and the shower was filty.
Noisy bar just below the room.
Not worth the money.

The hotel was dated and nothing fancy, but the room was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the service was good. It was a good central location. A good place to stay if you are just looking for a relatively cheap place to just sleep.

Lovely and very helpful lady running the daily operation of the hotel. She appears to do everything, including reception duties and preparation of breakfast. Room was recently refurbished, very clean and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep and the breakfast was adequate.Good value

Room Tip: Quiet room on 4th floor at rear of hotel
