I'm frequiently travelling around in Norway and stay approximately 70 nights a year at choice hotels. Staing in Oslo, i have so far prefered the collection hotel Savoy but last time I tried Folketeatret and I must say that is from now on my Oslo home. Interior was stylish, there was a panel on one of the walls including desk, tv, warderobe and iron bord. The bed was fabolus and the views weren't too bad. Some of the rooms even has balconys. The best how ever was the loung on top of the 7th floor with an interior the design inspired by Buddha bar in Paris.
However, I can imagine that the non business-rooms are abit dark as they probably face an "indoor" street.
Service was as you can expect and the only thing I missed at breakfast was fried mushrooms. However, that option is rarely offered in Norway.
