Surrounded by open fire places, ovens and brick, they have created the right combination of dark, but not too dark.
The staff are professional as in the top notch restaurants, as they should be in a classy place as this, and the chefs are excellent.
Make a day of it: Start with champagne and quickies, and go over to pizza or other types of food during the evening.
The restaurant is located smack in the middle of an old electricity transformer station for the area, which gives it the right combination of old and new.
