“Brilliant - especially in the summertime!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 August 2014

We got the train up the mountain, which was a wonderful trip in itself. It was a beautiful warm sunny day - kind of hard to imagine this area all covered in snow. Went up to the top of the ski jump tower in the funicular. Views from the top are amazing - takes alot of nerve to ski down this I would have thought. The whole area is beautiful. We spent a great half day up here - and it's included in the Oslo pass as well.

“charming view in summer time..... Please visit.....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 August 2014

to there, you will take the metro, then take at least 15 minutes walk up the hill. it is not easy, but it is not very difficult. you will get the reward once you reach the top. a view that you will never forget. lot of photos deserve to be taken all the way either up or down. we went in August, so there was no snow, but the view was more than enough. have a great time

“A great afternoon out - spectacular views.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2014 via mobile

We visited the Ski centre and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Oslo. The centre is easily reachable by train, from the city centre, followed by a short, yet steep walk.

The centre, in the Summer, allows visitors to go up the tower and take in the spectacular views across Oslo and Eastern Norway. You need a head for heights though (obviously).
We didn't bother with the zip wire but lots of people were.

We ate in the cafe here and found the food to be okay - great pastries too!

Highly recommended.

“Great views, if the weather is clear”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2014

This was a great place to visit to see Oslo from high up. The view of the ski jump is unbelievable. There is a mini museum inside, with old artefacts and worth a look.
