My friend and I stayed at the First Hotel Millennium for one night. We walked to the hotel from Oslo Central Station carrying backpacks. First Hotel Millennium is very centrally located near Karl Johans gate, where there are many shopping and dining options. We were able to walk from the hotel to many of Oslo's tourist attractions, including the Royal Palace, the Akershus Fortress, the city hall where the Nobel Peace Prize is presented, and the Aker Brygge shopping area.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient with the check-in and check-out process. Our street-view room was spacious and clean. I recommend the First Hotel Millennium for a stay in Oslo.
