Nice location if visiting this part of Oslo, but unexperienced employees. Price did not match with the reservation. Room "worn". Parking facilities not as promised by central booking. The only reason for choosing this hotel is that there are few other in this area of Oslo.

The staff young and somewhat inexperienced, but ok, not more.
Room nice although bathroom had cracks in walls. It was also quite cold (no floor heating).
More than one TV channel did not function. CNN could not be received.
Breakfast buffet good but how can you serve everything else except bacon? When asking I was directed to chef in kitchen who with a not so friendly attitude took already cooked bacon and heated them up. A real low water mark! When giving the staff by departure the feedback no compensation or comment in a customer service direction was given. Common hotels! You have to start and interact with your guests!

Had a nice stay here as part of arranging a conference at the hotel.
Nothing fancy or spectacular, but nice & comfortable rooms overlooking the river, a good breakfast, nice restaurant for lunches and dinners (and a few nice alternatives too in the neighbourhood), and a bar area to hang out in. The conference area is quite large and consists of several meeting rooms of varying sizes spread over two floors.
The staff is mostly friendly and service-minded.
The main draw of the hotel is the location, i.e. convenient if you have business in this part of town. Parking in the garage is rather pricey, and the subway stops just across the street.
At ordinary prices, this hotel is not particularily good value for money. However, corporate rates and other deals may make it more attractive.

This is a very plain conventional Norwegian hotel. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing more than the basics. And heavily overpriced - more hotels should come to this area to create some competition. On the upside - you have a good bed, an average Norwegian hotel breakfast (which, by all means, is good). And that's it. What I miss is a water heater and some tea/coffee in the room and e.g. some light food in the evening, as several (cheaper!) hotels offer. When you switch on the tv you have to endure a minute or so with no-brains Radisson promotion with horrible music. Give me a break. Paying close to 2000 NOK for this is incredible - companies should become a bit more keen on what they pay for their employees' hotel stays.

This was a great hotel to stay in for a couple of days to visit Oslo. A little tube ride out of town but covered on the Oslo pass. Fantastic breakfast and beautifully quiet. The room was well appointed and warm, perhaps newer towels and a better shower head could be considered? All in all it represented excellent value for money and I'm sure we'd go back to this fantastic city!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and on two of these occasions there has been an issue with the water - either no cold water or no hot water in the room. It's just not good enough. It's a shame because everything else about the hotel is fine, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are decent, the staff are friendly and accommodating and it has good facilities. The TV system is annoying, but I guess this is the same in every Radisson. I will unfortunately be staying here again as it is 5 minutes from my company's office in Oslo, but if there was any other choice I would not be staying here again.

I've stayed here regularly for the last 3 years and always found it to be a very reasonable hotel in in the heart of the business district and with close proximity to a metro station. Staff are helpful and pleasant. It's very popular and frequently full unless you book ahead, typically with other business travellers but often large tourist groups as well. Breakfast is satisfactory but the dinner menu is quite limited and there are much better alternatives nearby.

Because of the high occupancy rates, fixtures/ fittings can sometimes show the strain (although they've recently upgraded the TVs). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms & rooms clean Room safes work fine and internet is free to checked in guests.

If you check out by putting your room key in an envelope with a signed form (good for avoiding queues in the morning), don't expect to receive an email invoice if you check this option - they always seem to need reminding!
