Love the design and beautiful materials of this hotel, but feel the function of the room design is lacking. Bed is so big with the cabinets at footwall leave a tight squeeze for maneuvering around. There's no place for luggage so it sits on floor where you trip on it. Nespresso machine is finicky to use- refill water tank, must put the pod in just right. Staff were all very nice, but there seems to be communication issues internally- got a call asking if room service was mistakenly delivered to us. Turn down service was forgotten 2nd night so I had to call but then staff person thought there was only 1 person in our room. Breakfast bar is excellent. There is an instruction booklet on how to use the lights, temp, coffee maker. No tablet in room- maybe this has been replaced with the regular tv remote. The overall vibe in this area of town seems to be a bit pretentious and not as down to earth as other places we stayed on our visit.
