The chefs here have well balanced palates. The menu is uncluttered reinforcing the freshness of their ingredients. I ordered a few things to sample: satay, spring rolls, rice, green curry and Phad Thai. The food remains authentic to Thailand and unpolluted by western influences (eg. Excessive sauce, too sweet/salty).
As a nice surprise, the side salads that came with the starters were extremely good showing off knife skills and flavouring. Will definitely return to try a salad next time given how well this compared to the usual garnish of dry cabbage other places might use.
