This cafe is owned and run by a former World Champion Barista, Tim Wendelboe. And you can tell. Unlike many of these high street cafes the coffees are made by actual baristas that have completed a genuine barista education. That that is reflected in the flavour.

The coffee is simply brilliant. Rich flavours and a fantastic aroma. A must if you are in Oslo. The area is filled with restaurants in one of Oslo´s trendy areas.

Not a lot of seating but get a take away and sit in a local park and enjoy.

I recommend to every single coffee lover (and not only) - travelling or living in Oslo - to try this coffee shop.
The place is really small and crowded, with only two little tables inside, and few chaires outside, but the service and the quality of the coffee/espresso is very high!
It is a great experience.
Just try it, and you will understand what I am talking about!

We were in Oslo for 3 days and went everyday. Nice staff, beautiful little place with fabulous coffee. It's really not that much more than other places but so good. If you love coffee, you need to check it out.

We read about Tim Wendelboe in the NY Times. It said it was one of the best in Oslo. And...one of the best in the world. How right they were.

The shop is small and seats about 6-8 people. It also has a small coffee counter where you can fit about three or four more. It's easiest, to get your coffee to go if the shop is busy. Next to the shop, is a small, separate tasting room, where at 1PM on Saturdays, they offer a cupping session for a small number of guests.

The espresso here is fantastic. The selection changes from time to time. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the espresso and coffee they serve.
