Altogether, this was one of the best sushi dinners we´ve had anywhere. The work of the kitchen is genuinely inspired and creative while bringing out the best of each product. They offer signature combination plates, mostly for 2, which taste as good as they look. In addition to sushi, the combo plates also come with small grilled skewers which accompaniesi quite nicely. In addition to the combo plate we were also tempted to try the soft shell crab roll, which had chilli in it. This might sound like a difficult combination but worked out very very well.
The atmosphere is modern and nice, a bit industrial chic. Don't miss to visit the bathrooms ;-)
The service was very friendly, personal and quick. The prices were what you expect from a good sushi place in Norway - it's not a cheap country, as others might have noticed. But unless you are on a very tight budget and provided you like sushi, we would absolutely recommend coming here. It deserves being rated as No 1 in Kristiansand.
