Le's kitchen is an un-pretentious restaurant in Kristiansand city. It is a kind of of semi-self-service : you order and pay at the counter, and the food are brought to your table. It is run by a Vietnamese family specializing in oriental food. The Vietnamese soup, Pho, is served every saturday and sunday. Lots of the local Vietnamese comunity pops in to have their national dish, and we have great pleasure in following them. The Pho is really genuine Vietnamese. They also serve great Chinese cooking. The Sizchuan dishes pleases me very much. My wife preferes the fried duck in brown sauce and crispy vegetables. We live a little outside Kristiansand, but as often as possible we eat at Le's kitchen. My son use it mostly as a take-away, give them a call and the food is ready to collect after 15 minutes.
