We are in the lucky situation that we can visit this restaurant on a fairly regular basis (sometimes, once a week). Up to now, we have never being disappointed with the food and service. Even the price is reasonable for Norway. We have also visited vietnamese restaurant abroad (outside Vietnam) and still prefer Bambus. Freshness and delicate taste are their strength. All personal are from Vietnam, and the cook will sometimes show up and explain or check if you like the food. They are very kind, discreet but helpful and do their best speaking norwegian and english. Little detail, the restrooms are the cleanest ever seen in a restaurant. We highly recommend the fresh spring rolls as a starter, for the main course the vietnamese pancake is a light alternative with a lot of fresh ingredients. No22 is a winner. The fish soups and the fried rice are fine as well. If you know anything about asiatic restaurant in Norway, it does not get better (closed on Mondays). Bon Appétit!
