Located at one of the most charming little streets in Bergen, at Sött + Salt you get to sit and watch the chef prepare everything on the menu of the day, while also getting a copy of the recipies to take home. The menu (May 2013) consisted of four courses combined with a match of wine for each dish. Reservations is a must and you get the whole place to yourself. A great and social way to share an experience as a group of 6-8 friends, family members or colleages. And the best thing is you actually get to learn a thing or two about cooking that can be transferred to your own kitchen. If you are looking for something different then this is the place to go.
Although Sött + Salt is rather in the expensive segment it is quite a different - and highly recommended - experience.
