The hotel itself and rooms are not especially outstanding, but the location is excellent, because you can walk to most downtown tourist attractions, including the famous market where you can get the notable fish soup. Of course, like everything in Norway, it is insanely expensive in US dollars; about $20 for a soup. The hotel buffet breakfast is good, but not outstanding.
