If this restaurant was in the UK it would covet at least one Michelin star. Everything about our dining experience was carefully thought out and well executed. We loved the simple menu dining concept, and enjoyed every last mouthful of the 3 delicious courses delivered to our table and explained succinctly in perfect English by one of the chef team. Possibly the best chicken we have ever tasted, certainly the only time I have enjoyed eating pumpkin! If you enjoy top food in a great atmosphere with passionate service then go here when you visit Bergen!
