Ate at SA3 during a 2 night break at The Mumbles; the décor and ambiance are really good as was the front of house service.
When we visited we learnt ( later) that the head chef was away - but you wouldn't have guessed as Ash Win Jones and Chris Moak served us with well cooked and well presented meals that were just a little bit different ( eggs benedict on chorizo as a starter for example).
Well worth a visit - great to see the younger team 'holding the fort' so well - - -
