10/15 mins walk to beach. We found the one at aguamarina area to be closest and best. Nice pool but not enough sun beds and sun goes off terrace fairly early. Great location on strip. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Staff at hotel very friendly and prices in bar good.Apartment fully equipped for 5 people. Only downside is noise from bar underneath which goes on until around 3am. Beds very hard so dont expect much sleep! Recommend King of tandoori and Picolinos which are straight outside and do great food. Very big Irish community. Great atmosphere, fab holiday.

Just back from a week here and although I enjoyed myself & the place was nice there were just a few thing that put me off.

The accommodation is great, we had a lovely 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool. It had a double bed in one room & 2 single beds in the other. Nice kitchen with everything you need in it. Big bathroom with bath & shower. The sitting room was lovely and spacious and there were ceiling fans in all the rooms which came in very handy. The swimming pools were gorgeous and never too busy.

It's situated nicely on the strip with loads of lovely restaurants, pubs & kids amusements within walking distance. Lovely walks along the coast towards the back of the complex & we found Playa Cabo Roig very enjoyable and only about 10/15 mins walk away.

Few things that annoyed me were 1. On arrival when I went to use the toilet in the apartment it wasn't flushed by whoever used it last. 2. It was quite dusty around the apartment. 3. The tv unit was falling apart and even though we reported it 3 or 4 times it still hasn't been fixed at the end of our week. 4. The tv didn't work & there were no batteries in any of the remotes for the tv or air conditioning.

I'm sure we were just unlucky with all the above complaints as I couldn't fault the complex overall.

Great aparthotel and despite being right on the 'Strip' very quiet.Ideal location for facilities and beaches, if no car. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool is not huge but adequate and a small poolside bar is handy as well as serving breakfasts if required. Everything else is nearby including shops bars and restaurants. Our apartment while rented privately was serviced by the hotel and it was clean, airconditioned and pretty well equipped. It has it's own underground carpark which is handy although I managed to scrape the bumper on a tight 90degree out of it. So glad I was conned into the additional insurance by the car hire company which I understood I had already paid for.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor have roof terraces for all day sunbathing if you're into that. The corner...

Cozy little place whose apartments (we lived in no. 318) had absolutely EVERYTHING you might need! We went with a family of three - dad, mom and little boy (almost 3 years old).
We stayed in one of the upper apartments, so we had a fairly large roof terrace all to ourselves. Again, there was everything. There were sun beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, chair pillows and even some beach stuff for kids.
In addition to all that there were a beach umbrella and mats to take to the beach. Although I don't know if the things are from the owners or just lefties from former guests. We also left some stuff as dish soap, butter, oils and beach towels.
I was glad that we lived in some of the apartments in the back, otherwise we would probably hear a lot of noise from the street in the front of the building.
The beds are very hard, but we survived.
The pool area was small, but fine for us. There is an okay children's pool. However, I believe that there will be quite crowded in high season. But luckily the beaches are near by. We always went by car though.
The service is friendly and you feel welcome.

Cabo Roig is situated quite far from Alicante, and if I should go again, I would definitely stay near Alicante. Maybe between Benidorm and Alicante.

In Cabo Roig, you have to visit they beaches. They are very children friendly as the rest of the country with playgrounds etc. Also you have to visit La Zenia Boulevard (Shopping center). A nice place for the whole family with lots of shops, restaurants and a big area for children.

I would definitely recommend that you rent a car if you live in Cabo Roig, as it is far from everything and it's easier to visit different places. Take a trip to the Algar Waterfalls. It is soooo beautiful!

If you like to meet a lot of English people (read: drunk English people, young and old), then it is definitely the place to go. People are nice and the atmosphere is ok, but very touristy.

Room Tip: Get the rooms at the top and enjoy the roof terrace. Also try to get a room in the back of the build...

The complex is perfectly located for all the many bars, shops and restaurants and only 15mins walk to Cabo Roig beach. The pool area is lovely - although gets ruthless when obtaining sun loungers - and has a bar serving drinks right through into the early hours. There is also food available from 10-4. Our apartment was on the top floor with the added benefit of a private roof terrace - the views were fabulous. Although the main strip of bars below is lively and may be noisy if you were in a lower level apartment.
Perfect for anyone that wants everything on their doorstop.
