Holiday 3.8.14-17.8.14.
We booked this hotel through Thomson's and were very pleased. The rooms are lovely and just as pictured in the brochure. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice for vegetarians. The pool was large although it was difficult on some days to get sun loungers by the pool. However, there were lots of loungers in the gardens and on the beach. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean and the daily maid service was very good. Towels are provided for the pool and you can change them every 3 days. Drinks are reasonably priced as is the hotel shop. The restaurant manager, Andreas, was charming and always had time for a chat. Nadia, is great for aqua gym and zumba. The only thing we thought that would improve the hotel further would be the entertainment in the music bar as some of the singers didn't look very happy. Also, the dress code for long trousers has been relaxed which we thought was a pity.
We have a teenager who agreed that this was a great hotel with plenty to do.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Absolutely lovely hotel from the moment we set foot into the lobby. All staff extremely friendly, our room was excellent, clean with a sea view and overlooking the pool. All the food was first class with lots of choice. Would certainly go back.

We where lucky to receive a free upgrade from the terrible hotel this hotel was great the rooms fresh and clean the staff would bend over backwards for you to make your stay good the food did become repetitive also the quality of the meat needs improving. The rule about sunbeds around the pool is never adhered too if you dont get down to the pool before 7:30am then good luck trying to get one also guest from other hotels and even the locals are allowed around the poor too so your not just sharing the pool with other guest but also anyone who fancies a swim

We have just returned from 1 weeks stay here 6th august - 13th august 2014.
We paid for a private taxi through Thompson and were at the reception within 20 mins. Quick check in with bags immediately taken to our room , arriving around 10:45pm we checked the room which was very clean today with sea view , balcony . Large double bed , sofa bed made up for our son , TV , fridge , air conditioning , safe and kettle .
Wardrobe could of been on the larger side for those women who take millions of clothes. No ironing facilities but you can use a room near reception if you need to . They do not hire irons out for room use.

We went to the lower floor bar where we could get a selection of sandwiches as the restraunt was closed , this was ok to be honest as we ate on the plane.

We were all inclusive which to dbe honest if we went again we wouldn't do mainly because our son wasn't too keen on the selection of foods , that said they did have a variety so don't be put off with this comment. We didn't eat in the speciality restraints as we also ventured down to the town and harbour area which is only a 10 min ride in a cab. The cabs will cost you 10 euros there and 12 euros back , don't ask me why .be prepared to wait 15-20 mins for pine to come to collect you , getting back is very easy as there are many ranks in town and in the harbour area.

Breakfast was by far the best meal in our opinion with lists of choice , lunch is served in the breakfast restraunt or you may take outside also, this was a bit hit and miss but ok

Evening meal was average with a ok selection , one night they had roast beef , roast lamb but no veg to be seen, nice selection of salads. You won't starve but not the best all inclusive we have been to .

Entertainment on a evening is ...mmm well take some cards and be prepared to chat to yourselves , we stayed in twice , other time ventured to town and ate there with better entertainment.

Again don't be put off it's what you make of it

Staff are always happy , freindly and will do anything for you , beach bar is good and mariaputs up with a lot from locals trying to get drinks for free but she won't let that happen.

Beach area is rocky with a little bar to the from of the hotel , plenty of us beds , safe and great water temp for snorkelling or diving which we also did.

Pool is warm with a little cave area great for when that temp hits 40 degrees this time of year.

Drinks and snacks at the pool bar from 10am,

Be prepared to give your room number and sign for every drink ! First time we have ever done this in a all inclusive , maybe they are watching what you actually drink and eat?

I'd strongly suggest bed breakfast or half board basis as you can upgrade to a drinks package if you want at 17euros per adults and 8.50 per child per day.

We used the indoor spa pool , very cold and refreshing without a doubt, also used sauna and steam room.

No ATM machine in hotel
Shop expensive

All in all a nice clean friendly hotel and a nice break but have been to better lower rated all inclusive places.

Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work.

We will return one day
