“What's happened!”

Service was awful! Not sure what has happened here but it was not a good experience at all! Staff in desperate need if customer service training! Food bland! I have been here before and it was very good, business might not be so good hence the restaurant half empty.

Lovely food with excellent service. Very reasonably priced for the food we had. Scampi (non breaded) was delicious.

“You get what you pay for”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

I've eaten here a couple of times previously from the special offer menu and enjoyed it. On my recent visit, however, I did not. The mushroom and asparagus risotto was very bland. It just tasted of creamy rice, with no flavour at all, and the asparagus was tinned! Despite adding a generous amount of salt and pepper in an attempt to liven it up a bit, I only managed to eat about a third of it before giving up. I appreciate that they are proving a meal at a bargain price to entice customers, which must mean they have to cut back on decent ingredients, but this really was poor. Also, the complimentary glass of white wine was barely drinkable. I must add, however, that my sister quite enjoyed her chicken dish, although there was a lot of oil on the plate. There was only one other table of diners while we were there (week-day eve), who arrived as we left. How on earth can they survive.
