“Clean, comfortable and with everything you could need.”
Reviewed 5 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

The house perfectly fitted our needs as a family on a week away. It was very well appointed and felt recently fitted out and decorated. There was also everything you could need in self-catering. While it was in very close proximity with other properties and we did experience a little bit of disturbance at night, generally it was a quiet area and very nice to be so close to the Marinas and beach. Eastbourne itself felt pretty faded.

Thanks Julia for letting people know about Kingston Quay. I love the space and light in the kitchen-diner and it is so well located for the Waterside complex of cafes, restaurants and entertainment.
Sounds like we didn't point you in the right direction for Eastbourne - there is a thriving dynamic around South Street and Grove Road, with independent shops and cafes and new places sprouting up (a cracking record shop is one of the newest additions).
