Just enjoyed yet another break at Sea View. This is a habit I won't be breaking any time soon! Lovely food and a beautiful room with the usual attention to detail. Already planning the next stay with Aam and Kerry.

Room Tip: All the rooms i have stayed in are charming with a real 'seaside feel'. If you havent tried...

When you run into the place and / or the innkeeper, one might be caught by a little surprise: the guy is relatively young (I mean, for an innkeeper as I figure). And the B&B is sort of funny. Which originates from a wonderful creativeness with regards to decoration. The influence of the nearby sea (just a few steps away) is tangible all over, even to the smallest details which are arranged with extreme diligence. Everything is right, and the hosts are what they should be: attentive and caring. So do not go anywhere else in Eastbourne, chose the Sea View ! You will not be mistaken! PS: not all rooms are en suite, but this is no big deal at all

Marvellous holiday, Very well looked after by Adam and Kerry. Gets to know each guest individually and caters to their needs. Beautiful and clean, marvellous food- especially the breakfasts. Looking forward to returning next year.

Room Tip: can ask for seaview, but rooms at back make up for lack of view with their en suite facilities

We wanted to get away to celebrate my birthday and found this B&B with good reviews on the internet so thought we'd try it. The location was great, just a short walk away from the pier and town centre and out of the way enough not to be noisy. Absolutely amazing views - we stayed in a sea view room with a balcony and it really was a sea view and thankfully we had lovely weather (stayed in late April). The owners are friendly, but not in an over powering way, and obviously enjoy running a B&B. Had a really great break.

Room Tip: Choose a sea view with balcony room!

I stayed in a single bed, got my breakfast the next day, free cake and a lovely experience for just over £30 a night. I had an interview the next day and currently do not have a lot of money. This hotel is like no other I've been to. The two owners are so friendly and caring. You can tell so much thought has gone into every bit of detail. I don't like staying places by myself so the friendliness was very reassuring. I enjoyed painting my own pebble and the breakfast was lovely. I'm not a fab of tired and expensive chain hotels and Seaview is anything but one of those. Best of all I got the interview thanks to a good nights sleep!

Room Tip: My single room got warm easily however the window opened nice and wide. Beware of this if you have c...

We stayed in a sea view room on the 2nd floor, it was well decorated and some nice personal touches. There is free parking on the street behind the B&B and an pleasant walk along the seafront to the shops etc. We really enjoyed painting our own pebbles for the guesthouse and looking at all the other guests pebbles on display give you plenty of inspiration ! A lovely breakfast, Kerry and Adam are very friendly and helpful, and I've only been home a couple of days and have already booked to go back :~) PS; the only negative for some people if you are infirm there are steps up to the entrance door, and no lift inside, so no avoiding stairs - I have a bad knee, but this B&B was certainly worth the climb :)

Seaview is a lovely place to stay, I stayed in a single room on the first night with shared bathroom which was no problem at all and the room was great. The second night my partner and I stayed in a double sea view room which was stunning. Seaview is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is amazing and Kerry and Adam were great hosts. We had a go at painting some pebbles and enjoyed the great location by the sea. As some other's have said, there is no parking but this wasn't a problem we managed to get parked within a 5 minute walk away.
