Very warm welcome from the owner during check in.
Stayed in the African room on the ground floor, lovery room with windows at the front and rear.
Even with the windows open very little noise from outside.
very fresh Full English breafast was served every morning in the conservertry.
Snacks available, and some cold drinks avaiable, wine beer etc.

I stayed in the Tartan room - small but perfectly formed with a great sea view. The room and en-suite were very clean, and surprisingly spacious! Great choice of snacks and drinks available at all hours. Great breakfast menu too - the cooked breakfast is definitely recommended! Mark and Karen are great hosts, very friendly, and are more than accommodating. The perfect guesthouse for a weekend away in Eastbourne. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, i will definitely be returning and it is high on my recommendations list to friends!

We stayed in the Garden Room - it was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The bed was nice and comfortable and there was a good choice for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast room was clean and bright - it's also worth mentioning the lounge, which was cool and quiet and a good place to relax on a hot day. The location is also good - a pleasant walk along the sea front to local restauarants. Would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: The Garden Room has a nice big window with a sea view.

The accommodation is near the sea front & just a short walk from the pier & town. We stayed in the Rose room which was very well presented & spotlessly clean. The mini bar just outside the room was a nice touch with very reasonable prices & choice of snacks. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Overall a very enjoyable stay & woould definitely recommend!

We stayed in the Red room over the airshow weekend. The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Particulary liked the availability of drinks and snacks, there's nothing like a cold beer at the end of the day. The information folder lists a number of local restaurants, we tried the Seeracha Thai restaurant and that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, my wife particulary enjoyed the scrambled egg and smoked salmon, the freshly cooked full english, is superb. Karen and Mark are very friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a would definitly recommend it to others

Room Tip: The Red room doesn't have a view but in our experence it is lovely and quiet.

We were in the boldly decorated Red room and a single bed was added for our 14 year old daughter. very comfortable. Lovely ensuite with a lovely shower. Some nice touches: sweets in the room, plenty of sockets (with European adaptor) for phone chargers, good selection of videos to choose from on one of the upper landings; drinks and snacks also available at very reasonable prices that you could help yourself to. Karen welcomed us and made us feel at home. Excellent and generous breakfast. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again when we are in Eastbourne,

We stayed here for one night when we were attending a wedding in the area. The owners were really helpful and accommodating, we asked if we could check in slightly earlier so we could get ready and our room was ready on arrival. Love the honesty box to pay for drinks and snacks. We had a seaview room which was delightful, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was great, more than enough to eat and cooked with good ingredients. If I could suggest just one thing it would be to have some lovely freshly baked bread but that's just me being a fussy whatsit.

All the rooms are individually decorated and the house has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
