Owner description: The Beachy Head in Eastbourne is a country pub & restaurant oozing rural charm and rustic character. Our picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fine wines gracing our bar.

What a stunning setting! I went to Beachy Head with friends for a picnic before sunset and was very impressed with the views. The walk along the cliff tops was fun with even more breathtaking scenery. Highly recomended for anyone visiting the area.

Visited with the family. Slight stress with small kids and large cliffs, but one pays ones moneys etc :)

Even in mid-july we had no problems with parking, there were marked paths, and lovely views. That we visited during very nice weather probably helped.

Nice break in a days traveling. We drove up from Brighton, visited Beachy Head for a stroll, then back via Lewes. Suitable day out with the kids!

Ice creams a the two tops we visited bonus for motivating children :)
Facinating view where "old lighthouse" had been taken by erosion.

One of Britain;s truly great landmarks. Love the fact you can walk along to Seven Sisters from Beachy Head and there is a lovely pub/restaurant with good carparking nearby plus a charming information centre run by some very friendly people.
Lovely place to visit but it does get very busy. Best time to go is Spring and Autumn.

Also go to the little village East Dean and have a good meal at The Tiger Inn. And spend some time at the Beachy Head, take the walk back to Eastboune, you will never forget?
