Whilst this hotel has an excellent position in the seafront, it is in need of some serious updating especially where the bedrooms are concerned. Very creaky floors and a wall light that fell off during the night meant a very poor night's sleep. The shower/bath didn't drain properly so we were left with some scummy standing water. The receptionist was apologetic the following morning but advised there was no manager available for us to discuss this further. Breakfast was fine and the dining room staff were nice and helpful. Based on our experience (one night, one room) wouldn't recommend.
