Have just returned from a three night stay at Breakers although it has all been said in other reviews Breakers is just perfect. Mark and Christine are lovely and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Our room number 5 had been beautifully renovated and was so so clean, with huge fluffy shower towels. Breakfast was a delight lovely fresh fruit to start and a hot breakfast cooked to order and very tasty. and unlike many hotels our toast and coffee was hot lovely !!!! If a stay in Eastbourne is on your agenda look no further you will not find any better.

Room Tip: room 5 at the rear was very quiet we hope to try them all

This was my first time staying at a Guest House and chose Breakers purely because of it's excellent reviews that I have to say were not wrong. This was a weekend break with my partner for my Birthday and I wasn't disappointed. We stayed in room 6 which was lovely and big with a large terrace over looking the sea (would be beautiful in the summer) The room was tastefully decorated, clean and had everything you need including Tea/Coffee facilities that were refilled the following morning. The en-suite was nicely done and spotlessly clean with a powerful shower and large white fluffy towels.
Loved the Stain Glass windows and other original features throughout the building. The owner Mark was friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was in the small but again well decorated bright breakfast room and consisted of Cereal, fresh fruit, full English and as much tea/coffee as you wanted. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends and family. Karen and Darren

My wife and I stayed at Breakers for 2 nights recently. We were 'upgraded' to a very nice room when we arrived as there had been a cancellation. The hosts were friendly and efficient and provided us with an adequate breakfast. The room with a sea view was very clean as was all of the property. Very good B & B.

Just back from a four night stay at Breakers - it was wonderful. The house has been beautifully renovated and is fresh and bright with lots of original features. Our room was spotless with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts friendly. Can't fault the place! We'll definitely return.

We've just spent a night in Eastbourne to celebrate my Dad's birthday and I'm very glad we chose to stay at Breakers. The sea view was fantastic. Our room had been refurbished to a very high standard, breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Helen & Joe.

Well I was wrong fantastic B&B,I had room 4 which is a small single but very comfy and well decorated
Mark put on an earlier breakfast as there was a couple of guests doing the marathon which was great
