A mordern hotel that has been refurbed well - room are very pleasant and beds are comfortable with a central location on the front. Would stay here again and recommend it - it's not a luxury hotel but I enjoyed it well enoughMore
Located at seafront with modem style building, not converted from old flat or house, and just been refurbished couple years ago. The room is modern, nice and clean, equipped with central A/C. The breakfast is just good.

Four days of relaxing and enjoying this hotel. Following hubby's heart surgery spent a restoring break here in February a grey month? No we had sunshine ,hail ,wind ,and rain. The view from the balcony over the sea was of constant interest. We saw Carmen at the theatre within walking distance. The beautiful South Downs were invigorating and life affirming experience for hubby.
The room was good and so was the food but the staff made it for us nothing was too much trouble they were considerate and friendly just the right balance. On the sea front in a superb position easy access to town and other facilities.
We will be returning and feel confident to recommend the centre to our friends.

We booked this hotel as a last minute break to celebrate my partners birthday, and weren't disappointed. The room was modern and cosy, if on the slightly small side, but the lovely balcony more than made up for this. The bathroom is tiny, but just about functional. I have to be honest and say we found some of the little touches we have experienced in other hotels were missing, tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel would have been nicer than the big bottle of shower gel fixed on the wall. Also, we found the complimentary coffee tray was very limited.
The breakfast was enjoyable, although the selection was slightly limited.
We enjoyed out stay at this hotel and would definitely return, although the 10.30 checkout time may cause this hotel not to be our first choice.
I stayed at this hotel whilst attending a conference so really only used it as a base, with minimal time available to check out all areas of the hotel. My room on the top floor was excellent being very clean, modern and well maintained. There were good quality toiletries and tea/ coffee making facilities which were replaced daily. The breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold items with attentive waiters/ waitresses bringing toast and tea/ coffee. The hotel being on the front is convenient for the theatres and a short walk to the pier (which was braising in the freak snow on Monday!)

We have just returned from a stay at this hotel. the staff were helpful and welcoming. the room was warm comfortable.very clean with everything you need. With the most wonderful views across Eastbourne sea front on your own large balcony. breakfast was buffet with everything you could want in a very comfortable dining room. I would certainly stay here again. it even has its own library.
