“Large Portions”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

We wanted tapas but each dish was almost a meal, the portions being too large. The seafood paella was good but other dishes did not bring back memories meals in Spain.

“Excellent food and fair price”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

We enjoyed an evening here last month to celebrate a friends birthday, and it was an excellent choice. My first visit and I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the presentation and the ambience of the place. The Tapas were lovely and what a great selection of dishes (The pork belly and Paella were fab) Drinks were also good value and we enjoyed a couple of good Spanish wines, Will be back very soon

“Good ambience, food and service.”
Reviewed 16 July 2014 via mobile

Went here for a quiet romantic meal for two. First time we've has tapas and it met all expectations. Service was typically Spanish. Lots of nattering behind the bar and very casual attitude. It can be taken as an improper way to service, but I think it just added to the overall ambience. Was very surprised that they were turning customers away at 8.40pm on a Monday evening though. Waitress said there was something wrong in the kitchen but it seems to be a recurring theme according to some other reviews here. Warning though, specify your wine when ordering. I asked for a glass of Riocha and they plumped for the most expensive. Cheeky souls. £50 for 6 dishes, drinks and deserts. Will go back sometime. But must remember to go early!

“Wonderful Meal”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

We had a great meal at Flamenco Tapas Restaurant this evening. We loved all the tapas dishes that we ordered (3 each) - the meat was very tender, and the sauces delicious. The Crema Catalana for dessert was lovely too. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and the service was very fast. The restaurant feels authentically Spanish, and the staff are Spanish. Good atmosphere. We can't fault this place - highly recommended!
