“Lovely place to stay in the middle of a farm”
Reviewed 22 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Right in the middle of a farm... but once inside the house is beautiful and well equipped/furnished. The downstairs is spacious. The little garden is cute. The upstairs is smaller than the downstairs - but it's still decent for four people (no more than that though).

Super comfy sofa. Comfortable bed. All very clean and fresh. All in all - really pleased with the stay.

The only negative for me personally was that there were no recycling facilities. So all the food waste, plastics, cardboard, etc. went into one big bin.

About 5 mins drive to Tesco Express. 15 to 20 mins drive to Eastbourne where there are lots of shops, a pebble beach, and one amazing coffee shop called Urban Ground.

“Well equipped and comfortable little hideaway!”

We arrived a tad early but everything was ready. The property was comfortable, spacious for us three, and well equiped! We wanted for nothing, handy for Eastbourne 5 miles away, just down the road from Polegate which has. Station into Brighton, only 30 minutes and straight through. Good pubs locally, and a mini Tescos if you need anything. A good base from which to explore that part of Sussex. A nice and peaceful home, close to lots of things to do, but set in lovely quiet grounds.

Perfect location, ideal for countryside pursuits and within easy driving distance to Eastbourne. All the comforts you need, excellently maintained property, and spacious too. Special thanks to Jo for a lovely warm welcome, and for ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Exquisite accommodation everything you could wish for. Clean well equipped and perfectly placed to explore the surrounding areas. Quiet and relaxing both inside and out, only sounds were birdsong that was very soothing. Would not hesitate to return again and again.

“Wonderful stay on the farm.”

A modern, well presented, clean and comfortable two level conversion. Totally peaceful set on a farm with great walks. Everything we needed was there and toilet/shower downstairs (bathroom /toilet upstairs) was very handy. The unit was spacious with its own garden. Highly recommended. You do need a car.

“Lovely, well equipped clttage”
Reviewed 6 August 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We stayed here with our 3 year old and a 3 month old for a midweek break. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped, fantastic bathrooms, comfortable living room and we had teas, coffee etc on arrival and were welcomed by Josephine, the owner. Perfectly situated to explore the local area and a great and comfortable base to come back to. We would definitely return and would thoroughly recommend this little cottage.
