A really comfortable guest house with accomodating and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and plenty of advice for eating out places. Although our room was overlooking a busy main road and the sea, we did not hear a sound at all and slept peacefully. Will definitley stay again.

Despite arriving late in the evening with no prior reservation James & Jackie made me so welcome and provided good accommodation at a very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and clean with a generous amount of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to make up and biscuits too!
The good quality furnishings have been carefully chosen to provide a homely character feel that is so much more appealing than the usual chain standardised room.
James provided me with guidance to nearby locations where I could obtain something to eat despite the lateness of the hour.
I slept very well and Sarah provided excellent food and service in the charming sea view dining room.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Brittania to anyone looking for friendly, good quality accommodation with excellent service and you will find it a challenge to find somewhere better in Llandudno.

Upon arrival at the Britannia guest house we were met by James the owner who gave us a detailed map of Llandudno and pointed out places to eat from a pub snack to posh nosh, and places of interest that we might like to visit. He also went through the breakfast menu to make sure any special requirments were catered for.

The room was clean and bright with a lovley sea view, it had everything you need tea/coffee making facilites / CD player /TV / Hair dryer & James brought us a cork screw and wine glasses.
The bed was comfy with lovely soft pillows.

Breakfast was really nice with a choice of fruit / cereal / toast / full English / tea & coffee.

The Britannia is about a 20 minute stroll along the promenade into town and the pier or about £2.80 in a taxi.

We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to either stay here again or recommend to a friend.

we have only just returned home from staying at this guest house for the weekend. We were greeted by the host James who was very friendly and informative. He gave us a map of Llandudno and pointed out various local eating places which were recommended by himself and others local to LLandudno which was very helpful. He personally showed us to our room. The room was very clean and fresh and airy, no problems there at all! We had a sea view which was lovely, it didnt have a bath but the shower was fine! the only thing it really lacked would of been a full length mirror and a hook on the bathroom door for dressing gown etc..The bed was comfortable with lovely fresh good quality linen and we both had a great nights sleep.Breakfast was downstairs over looking the sea in a clean , fresh well looked after dining room.We would of preferred to of been able to help ourselves to juices, fruit and cereal but they were offered to us.The breakfast was nice with a good selection of items and plenty of tea, toast and coffee was offered. We should of asked before we booked whether they had wi fi connection but this was our fault! and a bath would of been nice but we didnt ask so it couldnt of been that important thinking about it!...all in all we would recommend this place to stay but a sea view room is a most i feel and most definately the bay window room ..thank you for a lvely relaxing few days James and Jackie:)

The Britannia is a very friendly and well run B and B. On check in we received a friendly welcome by the owner who was very keen to point out all the best bits of the town and recommended good places to eat. He was also happy to point us the right in the direction to suite our interests.

The room was a large clean and nicely decorated twin with comfy beds.
Breakfast was generous and delicious, on check in we were asked what we we would prefer and any if we wanted anything specific and this was provided happily without extra charge.

The town was a delight with lots to to do from cable car rides, pier, tram and lots of cute shops. Everyone we met was friendly and relaxed.

I would recommend the Britannia and town to everyone!

My partner and I spent a very lovely night at this B&B. We were very warmly welcomed by James who told us of some restaurants we may like to try while we were there (local knowledge is always best!) and I am delighted to say that we had a great pub snack at the Albert Pub on Madoc Street and an even better evening meal at a small Italian called Carlo's - excellent!!! Please note we had to book at Carlo's as it is V popular..... this is located just round the corner from the Britannia Guest house so not too far after a busy day.

Back to the Guest house - lovely Double room with sea view, excellent bed and everything you would need - James even checked to see if we would like some wine glasses which I thought was a nice touch. Shower ok, not the best but not the worst I have ever had.

Breakfast service top notch and food plentiful and nice - only complaint was the sausage, not very nice and didn't seem to "go" with the rest of the breakfast which was lovely!!

Long walk from Guest House into main attractions of Llandudno which is what I wanted when booked - just be aware though if you want to be closer to Pier, Orme, Shops etc.

Overall excellent and I would def go back/recommend to a friend.

I've just returned from a relaxing 2 day break, and I must say it was a tonic. The little things such as sweets on your pillow gave it that special touch. I was a bit wary of travelling alone, however i was treated very well and looked after
