“SEASIDE”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 May 2013

Had a good weekend, windy, raining and sun so perfect. Good hotel, good breakfast, fantastic view from bedroom window and nice people. Went to theatre to see Sleeping Beauty on ice, was fantastic. Also had a meal in restaurant and this was lovely with sea view and excellent staff.

Room Tip: Have the sea view

Booked at 2 night break a little last minute idea, and couldn't have been more please with our stay. James and Jackie were very welcoming. We had a top floor sea view room with en-suite shower room that was perfect in every way. Everything looked new, it was lovely and warm, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi access was great. The young lady (who's name unfortunately I have forgotten) who served breakfast was also very pleasant and friendly. She was very perceptive, when I put too much milk in my tea - I didn't say a word- but within seconds a new cup and saucer appeared without a word. Excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Room Tip: Cannot beat a Sea View Room.

On our first visit to wales we stayed in this lovely B&B, which was very welcoming and the owners Simon and Jackie were very friendly. The room was big and very clean and the bathroom was decorated to a high standard. The room with the sea view was great.
The breakfast was very nice and served by ever smiling lady called Sarah.
There was free internet access in the room and a binocular to enjoy the view even more.
We have decided to visit wales again in the summer and will stay in this B&B again.
James told us some of the local eating places which turned out to be great restaurants in the area.
Overall a great guest house to stay with some wonderful hosts. Thank you

Room Tip: we chose room number 5 which has a bay window overlooking the sea. The view is very refreshing to s...

We've been going to Llandudno for 15 years, why have we only just discovered this place? The owners, James and Jackie, ably assisted by Sarah, provide a very, very clean B&B, superbly positioned, beautifully and most comfortably decorated, and an excellent breakfast. We were even offered the use of wine glasses and a bottle opener as part of our welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for these most amiable of hosts. We will go back and I unreservedly recommend this establishment.

Room Tip: Room 5 is on the first floor, has a king-size bed, double en-suite shower, and views to die for over...

Clean comfortable B&B on the Craig-yDon side of Llandudno promenade. The owner was very helpful, the rooms clean with very comfortable beds and what seemed to be brand new bathrooms fitted and the breakfast as very nice. On the negative side, I couldn't pick up any WFi access for the entire stay despite it being advertised as available throughout the building and there was no bar area. The hotel is also a 15-20 walk from the centre of town which means a taxi is the only option if the weather is unpleasant. A perfectly good B&B but I would probably choose to stay in a hotel closer to the centre with more amenities in future. Purely a personal choice based on what I've written here and not a reflection on any major issues with the Britannia itself.

Anyone visiting Llandudno should consider this family run hotel me and my partner had a birthday week end stay we found this hotel warm welcoming and idealy positioned for a nice stroll along the sea front we had a sea view room which was spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee in abundance two chairs to sit and look out at the sea beautiful on suite shower room . only 3 people run this hotel but they were available if you needed any thing places to go restaurants and value for money trips out although only a b and b the breakfast in the mornings filled you and gave you a good start for the day and the girl who serves you(Rebecca) is the most efficient waitress I have ever come across so helpful YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR STAY

Room Tip: Sea view from room no 7 was excellent

A friendly welcome set the tone. Cleanliness, comfort and well maintained describe this Guest House. The Owners and Staff all made our stay a pleasant experience. Breakfast choice and quality satisfied even me!
James recommended various restaurants and we visited Mama Rosa's. Excellent recommendation. Very comfortable accomodation made our visit to the Opera at the nearby Venue Cymru and visiting Snowdonia all the more enjoyable.
