Stayed here Easter weekend. A clean, comfortable room at the back of the property. A warm and informative welcome with info on places to eat.
Excellent breakfasts on all days and very filling.
The staff and owners were lovely. Will definitely stay here again.
The property is away from the bustle of the town, so quieter. And free parking outside :-)

My partner Paul and I stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and we wish it had been longer. The room was beautiful with 2 lovely chairs to sit and look at the sea view. James even gave us some wine glasses! He and Jackie were very friendly hosts and the recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We were pleasantly surprised by Llandudno itself but it was the Britannia that made the stay so special. Excellent breakfast too with lovely service from Sarah. We are already taking about a return visit. Can't wait!

On arrival at the Britannia we were greeted by James the owner who took us to our room and went though a list of places to eat. We were asked our breakfast order but told we could change if we changed our mind. The room was comfortable and the bathroom a good size. The TV in the room was a little small but didn't really go to stay in room watching TV. When we left I spoke to the Jackie about the bed we had it wasn't very comfortable she said she would look into it and thanked me for letting her know. (Cannot say farer than that) Would go back again . The lady who served us breakfast was very nice and friendly.

Room Tip: We had a back room on the ground floor view not great but least no stairs and right next to breakfas...

We stayed 2 days ...Friday and Saturday nights.
Warm and friendly welcome from owners James and jackie. We had the bay window room with sea view. Lovely well furnished, clean, and tidy room, large double bed. Nice size en-suite shower room..spotlessly clean. Superb freshly made full English breakfast both mornings. We had a lovely peaceful stay. We highly recommend this B+B.

From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, the service and amenities were superb. James is an excellent host and every recommendation he made for sightseeing and dining was a hit! James and his staff were very helpfull with any questions we had about bus routes, train schedules, or history of the surrounding area. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, we looked forward to it every morning. Highly recommend staying at this quaint and hospitable guest house!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and cannot fault anything. We had a warm welcome, were helped with our luggage, the rooms were modern, comfortable and spotless, en suites looked brand new and breakfasts hot and delicious. A most enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay here if we go back to Llandudno and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

Room Tip: A sea view would be lovely but rear facing ones have views towards Snowdonia so good too.

We stayed in the Britannia for a short break to celebrate our anniversary, couldn't be happier with our choice. Lovely warm welcome, rooms well looked after, great recommendations for places to eat to suit everyone. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Our only disappointment was having to go home after the one night, but will certainly stay again on our next visit to Llandudno.
