Returned last weekend from two fantastic night stay at the hotel. My husband has been ill and we needed to travel with some medical essentials and were quite worried about how it would go all in all
We did not have to worry, as from booking over the phone and whilst we were there the attention we received was SUPERB! .
A great big thanks to Linda and Gaynor for such an enjoyable stay, such lovely women, great sense of humour and fun, felt like we had known them for ever.
Linda, also kindly upgraded us to the bigger room which had faboulous views and was perfect for all our bits and pieces, nothing was too much trouble for them,
We had stayed here before with the previous owners, but I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for the thought, considerationand the little touches which we received.
I had the best nights sleep for a long time in the most comfiest of beds,
Loved Gaynor's breakfast, fresh, hot and lots of choice. Kev says thanks for his bread and butter which was waiting for him each morning, as we decided to stay for the two nights and was so glad we had.
We will definitely be coming back and I am certain this hotel will become one of the most popular in Llandudno because of these women.
.

love and best wishes

Thank you both for your lovely comments.

We can honestly say your stay gave us a lot of pleasure in the fact it was your real first 'holiday' since Kev got ill and that you had the room and facilities you needed to ensure a problem free break.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you coming back real soon !!

Hope Kev is feeling refreshed after his break, you should get a memory foam mattress !!

This hotel honestly felt like a home away from home, the owners Linda and Gaynor were such friendly, chatty women, i'm sure me and my partner could have chatted with them for hours, but unfortunately we didn't have much time to waste as we only had 2 days in Llandudno!

The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and clean, the owners had told us they were actually in the middle of decorating and the room we had stayed in had not yet been decorated, however, the room, as far as me and my partner were concerned, was already nicely decorated, but hey, if the owners felt they could make it look EVEN better then fair enough!

The breakfast was lovely, the fruit that you could have before (or i guess after) the cooked breakfast was to die for, and the orange juice (which i guzzled down!) tasted really fresh.

I guess readers may be wondering why i only rated the Milverton Hotel 4 stars instead of 5, unfortunately, and albeit this isnt the hotels fault, me and my partner had a sea view window which also faced directly into the town, and we stayed on a Friday night.... i didnt fall asleep until 3am due to girls screaming and laughing and lads shouting to each other right outside the hotel.
It's worth noting to other readers that if you plan on staying on a Friday or Saturday night, a back room may be better.

Either way, i'd love to stay at this hotel again!

Room Tip: If staying on a weekend, a back room would be better for those who dont want to hear shouting in the street!

Ivy, thank you for taking the time to write a review. It was lovely to meet both you and your partner, I hope you will come back and visit Llandudno again.

In response to your comments re the " i didnt fall asleep until 3am due to girls screaming and laughing and lads shouting to each other right outside the Hotel." I can only comment that yes we are in a prime position with the beach to the left and the town to the right, and yes people do have to walk past our Hotel to get to both hotels on the front and into the Town and unfortunately when people are leaving pubs and nightclubs they do make some noise, most of our Guests appreciate the fact that weekends are busy and sometimes noisy and if they are early to bed people (as I understand you and your partner are reading reviews you have left on other Hotels) then they request rear rooms which are much quieter.

Thank you for your comments on the room decoration, we are currently re-decorating the 2nd floor and the room you stayed in is next on the list.

I am quite disappointed that you thought our location was only a 4 as most people think we are in one of the best positions in Llandudno but it is down to personal preference.

Thank you again and hope you enjoy future visits to Llandudno.

What a great place to stay. Superb value for money and Gaynor & LInda are the perfect hosts making our stay both welcoming and homely with their attention to detail in every aspect. The owners certainly have got it right. We shall be returning shortly and look forward to staying once more. Highly recommendable.

Room Tip: Number 3 is huge, comfortable and has great views of the sea and promenade.
