Chris and Chris really make you feel welcome - from booking, on arrival, to showing you around their lovely house. I was there with family for a weekend birthday bash in Llandudno - great location just a few minutes from town, the beaches on North and West Shores, convenient, clean, warm - and of course a great home-cooked breakfast every morning. I am definitely coming back, and will recommend to friends.

Room Tip: book early - this is popular in the season

10 years ago we first stayed at the Elpiniki, our latest visit last week end and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Chris and Christ are first class hosts and my wife and i think of them as good freinds.
The accomodation is first class and it always feels like home from home. Anyone looking for a stay in Llandudno or wanting a base to explore North Wales you need look no further. My wife and i are already looking forward to our next visit, better book early.

Room Tip: we found all rooms to be of equal comfort

From walking through the door, knew this was the right place to come. Warm and very friendly welcome, help with the luggage to our room. Room was very clean and welcoming, knew before we had unpacked, had a meal or a nights sleep, we would be back again. The room had everything you need for a great holiday, good size room, decor excellent, plenty of draw and wardrobe space, clean comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom facilities, TV, variety of drinks on tray, we even used the CD player.
The food was also excellent, from the cooking, presentation and service, and also catered for individual needs.
Our first holiday at Elpiniki was more than a 5 star experience, Chris & Chris are two special people, to share their home with, we will certainly go back again. Many many thanks.

Prior to our first visit in September 2012 we had chosen Elpiniki from the details on their website. We were not disappointed. It was excellent then and it still is today, having just returned from our second visit 24 -28 March. The warmth of the welcome and care that Chris & Chris offer are second to none. It was like going home! Everything has been thought of and provided, down to the smallest detail. Excellent menus to choose from, for both breakfast and dinner. On our first visit we stayed on the first floor in Room No. 1 and this month Room No.4.
Both really lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Despite the winter conditions outside, Elpiniki was lovely and warm, both the heating and the wonderful hospitality which never failed.

If you are looking for 5* accommodation, 5* food and 5* hospitality look no further than The Elpiniki. We stayed here for a week from 21st. March to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful welcome from both Chris(male) who will be known as whistling Chris and his wife Chris. We had room 2 that had a wonderful view of the Great Orme. It is a large room with every conceivable thing you would want even down to shoe polish. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, also a hairdryer and a safe. The shower room had a large shower and again you had shower gel and soap which was provided. In the bedroom there was a hospltality tray which was replenished every day. Each day you were left a breakfast list for you to fill in and it had an extensive list of cooked food. In addition you had the usual cereals. We were on halfboard and at breakfast time there was a menu for you to choose your evening meal. All the food was freshly cooked with local produce where avaiable. Whistling Chris kept us amused with a little banter and had great knowledge of the area. Thank you again both of you for a wonderful stay and you made our anniversary special. We will certainly book for our next anniversary with you. David and Shirley.

My hubby and I have just returned from 2 nights at this wonderful gem of a BB. This is our 4th time this year and cannot rate it highly enough.
Hats off to Chris & Chris who own this beautiful house. The breakfast is fab, especially the poached eggs. They are warm and freindly and put you at your ease. Looking forward to 6th May 2013.

Room Tip: Room2 is our favorite because it is huge with a great shower, but you could not fault any .

This is the second time this year that we have stayed at the Elpiniki. Chris and Chris are wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. The Elpiniki is spotlessly clean with really comfortable rooms and the home-cooked food is excellent. We feel well fed, well rested and refreshed. We can't wait to stay here again!
