“just for pensioner coach parties.”

This hotel caters mainly for coach parties. If you want to eat dinner after 6.30pm as a couple you will be on your own in the dining room. it is a friendly hotel and breakfast was fine. the other down side for us was having to vacate the room by 10am which is 1 hour earlier than other hotels we have stayed at in llandudno.unfortunately not for us.

The hotel and sea view room we stayed in was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Breakfast was lovely, everything served to the table ( used to getting my own orange juice and cereal). The only issues we had which has unfortunately put us off returning to the hotel are the constant whistle through the Windows throughout the night, I had to put the contents of my suitcase against the window to quieten it, thrn as we finally got to sleep, about 4am, we were awakened by the fire alarm. Obviously us and the rest of the hotel had to get dressed and go downstairs at 4:30am. There was no apology or explanation for this. When checking out neither of the two receptionist ask how our stay was, not surprising after the rude awakening. If they had I would of said something then instead of waiting until I wrote about it on here. Maybe something the manager should look into. It really is a shame about these two things because it was a lovely hotel but we shan't be staying again.

Another return visit to the Tynedale with a group, for one of their themed breaks which this hotel do so well, All the staff join in the festive mood from the moment of arrival being greeted by Santa and a welcome cup of tea and mince pie, to their farewell wave on departure. Excellent seasonal menu, entertainment and very well situated on the seafront and close to the shopping areas. The rooms do vary in size and accessibility, but this information is readily available from the efficient reception staff. All rooms are modern, very well furnished and beautifully clean. This hotel offers excellent value for the price you pay and the whole team work together to ensure you have a good time. Another added bonus for tour operators is on site coach parking at the rear of the hotel. An all round excellent experience where groups are treated as individuals. Well done to the Tynedale team.

Room Tip: Check accessibility if stairs are a problem.

This hotel really knows how to treat its guests from the moment you arrive.Spotlesly clean rooms and lounges, food to die for prepared by chefs who have been at the hotel for years the Buffet they produced has to be seen to believe.Entertainment each night of tithe Turkey and Misletoe themed nights was first class which wa s follower my a finger buffet before calling it a night. The owners Tracy and Nathan should be very proud of their efforts which are fully supported by the best staff it has been my privilege to come into contact with .All this at a reasonable price I have already booked for next year and wii be visiting mid year as well

Last week my mum myself and friend went to the tynedale hotel for a themed"miseltoe and wine" festive 5 day holiday. the best holiday we have had for a long time. we arrived on our Paul James coach to be greeted by Santa and a snow machine. a sherry and canapé welcome. the entertainment was great. and the famous Gala buffet certainly did not disapoint. "master chef" eat your heart out. when we left inspite of the weather the wonderfull staff came out to wave us off. I highly recommend this hotel thankyou for starting the xmas season with a bang.

Room Tip: our room was 46 three floors up close to the lift we had great panoramic view bath with shower.

First the not so good - our double room was small but then we did book late and got the last room available. The good points - Very friendly, excellent service, clean, good food and central location with free parking at the rear. Would I stay here again, definitely.

Returned once again to the Tynedale, this time for Holly and Mistletoe, once again it was a perfect break, great food served by a friendly and efficient staff, the room was very clean and remained so the whole time we were there. This time we were on the third floor, I was a little worried because the windows from the outside look quite small, I needn't have worried the room was a nice size, warm and cozy, the beds were very comfortable. The Christmas theme was continued right up until the day we left you could almost believe it really was Christmas. All the staff from the reception to the cleaners were the friendliest I have ever encountered, I would just like to say thanks to everybody at the Tynedale for a fantastic time and I would certainly recommend it to everyone. Will definitely return for yet another visit.

Room Tip: Any seaview room is fantastic but the second floor is best
