“Nice Hotel in a Great Location”
Reviewed 14 April 2011

We needed to spend one night between London and Holyhead before a ferry to Dublin and this hotel was great. The room was clean, the water pressure was great, the curtains overlapped, and the food in the pub was very good. The town and nearby Marine Drive were nice drives. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Me and my partner regularly stay in premier inns for buisness and leisure. On arrival the reception manageress, (Chrissie) greated us warmly and made us feel welcomed into the hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights visiting family in the area, on recommendation from restaurant we decided to take the family there for dinner. It was my mothers birthday and the manager Chris came over and made a fuss of her. It made her week ;) All, in all I would tell anybody that it is worth comming here, the best premier inn we have ever stayed at.

We stayed here for birthday celebrations,
Our room was bog standard as is every premier inn but suited needs, big room, tv & freeview (not much signal however) with adequate bathroom.
The most spectacular thing about the trip was the view from our room, we looked over the sea with a lit up view of Llandudno at night, with the sunset in background.
Superb.

We booked two rooms and asked for them to be adjacent as my disabled mother-in-law was travelling with us. This was all organised when we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfy and a lovely powerful shower. The evening meal was enhanced by a view from our table down over the bay towards the pier. We had booked the meal deal and not realised that for dinner, the menu is very restricted. It would work out much the same to pay for whatever meals you want and have a much fuller choice. The staff were very obliging and juggled things round so we got the meals we wanted. Breakfast was very good - seemed like good local produce (bacon , sausages etc) all very good and cooked to perfection. Only grumble, hot water for the tea is out of one of those large pump flask affairs, and not hot enough for a good cup of team. Just a 3 min drive takes you half way down the esplanade, leaving a nice walk down to the pier, Happy Valley, Cable car etc. M&S is just one block back from the front, ideal for grabbing sanwiches for lunch. Will stay again every time I visit Llandudno - half the price of the bigger hotels right on the front which always seemed to be full of Saga coach parties.

We booked our stay at this hotel 6 months in advance and wanted a double and a twin room. When we arrived the lady at reception told us one of the rooms would be very tight as they had to put a single bed in with a double, and there wouldn't be much space.
We asked to see the rooms before paying and the double was fine, but the other room, for our daughters, was not a twin and with a double & single it was very cramped.
The first girl we spoke to told us quite categorically that this hotel didn't have any twin rooms - so why did Premier Inn acknowledge and confirm our booking?
the Assistant Manager then told us that the hotel did have twin rooms , but that we had not been given one because Premier Inn (I thought that was who they worked for?) had told them we wanted two double rooms - even though we presented written confirmation that we had booked a double and twin.
Both members of staff said repeatedly that they would take not responsibility for this error, and kept blaming Premier Inn - the company who pays their wages?
We had to press very hard for an apology, and we were not offered any form of compensation. We said that we would have to consider moving to another hotel as they could not give us what we had booked, but they said we would have to pay a cancelllation fee!
The hotel itself was okay, but the staff were absolutely terrible.
This was a special celebration weekend for our 30th wedding anniversary and the treatment we recieved form the staff here was absolutely shameful!

Our room at the Little Orme was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything you need for a short stay, a nice bathroom with a decent shower, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, clean bedding etc. The young girl on Reception was very friendly on arrival. Unfortunately the view from the room was of a wall and some trees so nothing spectacular. The Premier Inn is quite a walk from the centre of Llandudno. We walked it once or twice and it took about 30 to 40 minutes one way. Unfortunately we were kept awake most of the night by the constant humming noise coming from some sort of heater/air con machine right outside the bedroom window. I thought the room was reasonable value for money in comparison to a lot of the larger hotels on the sea front.
