I travel a lot and I have to say that 9/10 experiences with Premier Inn are exceptional.

On this occassion my stay with the Premier Inn went that step further, this was down to Chrissie, I believe the Manager of this particular hotel.

Chrissie was one of the most happiest most accomodating people I have ever come across and she made my visit an extremely pleasant stay! I had forgotten to print off some agendas for an important meeting and Chrissie helped, we then had problems with the WiFi in the Brewers Fayre restaurant (minor hiccup) and again Chrissie stepped in!

If everyone was as happy and willing to put them themselves out as Chrissie was / is, the world would be a perfect place!

Chrissie, from Nigel, Matt and I - thanks for a great stay!!!

Kindest Regards

Steve Metcalfe

We had a one night's stay in November and loved it, the views from the hotel are amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff, without exception, were friendly. It's only a short walk from the beach and there are views of the Little Orme.

The restaurant was reasonably priced but could have done with more heating on.

We got a good deal by booking a long time ahead, this hotel is quite expensive if booked at last minute.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter, there is a car park and busy road at the front.

Had a two night stay last December and we’ve re-booked again for a short stay for this December. Our first stay coincided with the snow, so the views across the Orme etc were amazing. The rooms are newly furnished and as always for Premier Inn the restaurant menu is varied and reasonably priced. The waiting staff for breakfast were fantastic and really looked after the family. Would and have recommended this hotel to friends and family.

As we usually do, I sent a short letter to this hotel a week before our arrival highlighting our preferences for our booking because our family consists of Mum & Dad and two boys who are both wheelchair users. It was a good job I did as this hotel had only one room on the ground floor, a disabled room with a wet room. Someone from the hotel rang me when they got the letter to explain and we ended up opting for an adjoining room with our friends who were joining us at the same hotel and we then carried the boys up the stairs after being allowed to leave the wheelchairs in the reception area and even charge the electric one overnight there.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was quiet, the breakfasts were up to the usual Premier Inn excellent standard and the Lady who looked after us two of the mornings was just a great credit to Premier Inn, we couldn't have been made more welcome or cared for. Nothing was too much trouble.

We also dined in the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaurant on two of the nights. The first, we didn't book and just got in before the place was heaving (5:30pm) and again, just ordered our food before there was a massive queue to place orders. That said, they had an efficient operation in place and the food was quick to arrive, piping hot and tasty. Ordering before 6:30pm gives you a 2 for a tenner option which we made the most of. THe following night, we decided to book a table for us and our friends and even had our choice of table honoured. We had a couple of free drink vouchers pushed under our door so we used those too which was nice. Again, the food was quick, hot and fine. Not gourmet cooking but perfect family dining.

We walked into the town and back the following day as the weather was nice which was lovely but we paid for it the following day with aching feet. Maybe better to drive part way and park the car as we ended up walking about 10 miles.

So, a great hotel but 18 of the 19 rooms are upstairs if you have mobility issues, request room 1 which is behind reception.

If you go, say hello to the lovely breakfast lady from Tom & Charlie, you'll know when you meet her!

Room Tip: Room 1 for disabled access & wet room Room 16 & 18 have a linking door

We had a one night stay in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. As is usual with Premier Inn's the service from start to finish was first class. After a pleasant welcome by the receptionist, we made our way to the alloocated room and were very surprised by the size of it! This has to be the bniggest room we have stayed in in all of the Premier's we have been to. The room had an interconnecting door with the room next door although it was firmly locked shut as we had only booked the one room. This would be perfect for a large family to stay in. Everything was spotless which is one of the reasons why we choose this chain of hotels. Our room was very light and airy, with a large set of windows and a sofa bed to sit on as well.
We had our meal in the hotels attached restaurant which was very filling try the lamb shank if you enjoy that meat or be like my husband and have the veggie goan curry - delicious! The cooked breakfast was huge - so much so that i had to leave a bit - but it was served piping hot and was very tasty (£7.99 per breakfast) This hotel impressed us so much that we are going back for a two night stay in three weeks time - and have already booked whilst there!

Room Tip: Room 12 has the interconnecting door

We booked to stay at the Craigside Premier Inn at Llandudno way in advance and got a fantastic deal at £29 per night for 3 nights in October. We had never stayed at a Premier Inn before and didn't know what to expect. What we did not expect was the perfect stay we experienced. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive.
We ate our evening meals in the attached Brewers Fayre - great value for money - wide choice of meals and fantasic views over the bay. We ate before 6.30pm and got two good meals for £10.
The hotel is a little way out of Llandudno, but it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the promenade and maybe 30 minutes at a slow walk to get to the pier. As we like walking this was perfect for us. The bonus, however, was that almost opposite the hotel there is a public footpath which takes you over the North Orme and from which you can walk to Rhos on Sea and onto Colwyn Bay( part of the North Wales Coastal path). What a gem of a walk. We discovered the small church on the seafront at Rhos( apparently the smallest church in the British Isles) - and the views were breathtaking!! For those who, like us, find the return journey a bit much there is an excellent bus service to take you back to the hotel from Colwyn Bay.
We can't wait to stay at this hotel again!!!
