Stay last monday to friday at this premier inn had lovely seaview room.
All the staff very helpful, breakfast delicous and lovely dinners in the evening. Would recommend to book a table for dinner as it was very busy so many nights, but didnt have to wait long for our meals to come.

Very good location, receptionists very helpfull, very clean room with good sea view - a good choice if you like a quiet hotel that does not suffer with the banging doors syndrome when people move about. Being picky, the air-con did come on randomly several times whilst sleeping - even though it was turned-off, mentioned it to reception when checked out a few hours later but no refund via the Perfect Nights Sleep Guarantee was offered even though we mentioned we had to get up several times to turn off the chilled air - maybe it is up to the guests to demand? Better value to eat breakfast in Town. Room Service arrived with tin foil loosely covering the food, not sure what happened to the usual solid plate covers.

Room Tip: The obvious, ask for a sea facing room.

I recently stayed here for just Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean and felt fresh, and the staff were excellent! Delicious breakfast fast service for the cooked option. The view of the sunset over the bay was fantastic. Would definately recommend.

Overall not bad at all. Some rooms are noisy there are vent fans and you can hear them all night. I did complain but the money back thing is not worth the paper it's written on. Complained to customer services a while back but never heard back from them. Not real news with most corporations today.
Staff serving food need a lot of training on how to treat customers. At this Premier, (I have been to a lot) they were truly appalling and rude.
On the other hand the staff at reception were very good. So I can only assume it is this particular Inn.

We Stayed there last Summer, was very well situated by the pier and only about 5
mins from the town. We walked along the Pier nearly every night. The meals were a buffet/Help
yourself format. The rooms were lovely & Clean. There was evening entertainment & Bingo laid
on not that I play myself. The staff were helpful & Friendly.

Stayed at Little Orme yesterday. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1. We were in room 10 which is at the back. It was dark all the time because it is built into the hillside and the trees were right up to the window. Outside our window was a refrigeration unit and an air conditioning unit. These hummed all night and sounded like an engine running all the time. the room was hot and stuffy but there was n way we could open the window because of the noise. It kept us awake most of the night. It was off for 30 minutes. The shower curtain needs replacing as it smells and it hits you as soon as you go into the room. Staff were sympathetic but could not relocate us. Rachel, on reception, informed us that we were not the first to complain about the noise in the room.
We ate in the Brewers Fayre. My husband's food was fine. Mine was not. I had the Ale Pie and the standard of meat was well below expectations. I suggest that management make a point of sampling a variety of food regularly to test its quality.
This was a very disappointing trip and we came home after one night. We often use Premier Inns in other locations but we will nor be returning to this one.
There is a Travel Lodge opening in Llandudno soon and I expect it will become the first choice for people who experience a stay like we did.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back are dark and noisy but apparently the rooms on the front are noisy from the road...

Lovely little place with a sea view. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Ideal location for a walk into picturesque Llandudno. We booked in advance and secured an excellent rate. Road was a little noisy in the morning but would not put us off staying again..
