From the start of our break plas llwyd was inviting ,the place itself is beautiful, we were made extremely comfortable and welcome by Amanda and her staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculate and have everything in them that you could need. You could even borrow dvds or cds to use. Nothing was too much trouble at plas llwyd and my daughterand I had a wonderful four days there. The food was lovely and again nothing was too much trouble asmy daughter is a fussy eater but she even tried new tastes. As a lover of Llandudno I will becoming again soon hopefully and Plas Llwyd will always be my first choice.

We came across Plas Llwyd by accident a number of years ago and have returned many times. It has a really homely feel, the rooms are beautifully decorated with victoriana, and very clean. The food is lovely home cooked food. Amanda is a great host who soon becomes a friend, as do her children Jessica and Bradley. Most people who visit return.
When my dad died about four years ago and I needed some space to think it all through it was the natural place to go as it really is home from home.
In the winter Amanda does some amazing deals that you just can not say no too.
The guest house is perfectly placed to easily reach both beaches and the shops but far enough away from any noise from revellers.
I can not recommend Plas Llwyd highly enough. I am saving up so we can go again soon!!!!

We paid £33 per person per night for Bed, Breakfast and Evening meal, which we thought was very reasonable. Because of the low price we were expecting an average sort of guest house, nothing special like so many others, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We received a warm welcome, the meals were very good and served punctually, the ensuite room was in pristine condition, with a large double bed, the lounge was elegantly furnished, and the owner had gone to considerable trouble to create the right ambience. We felt that she could have charged a lot more and still have no difficulty in attracting customers. This was guest house accommodation plus. Many hotels would struggle to achieve the same standards.

The rooms are superb & spacious, with a lovely victorian feel to them. Fab bathrooms, too and a warm welcome from Amanda. I have no hesitation in recommending Plas Llwyd - you'll love it!

I have stayed at Plas Llwyd on a number of occassions, most recently in January for 2 nights. I must say, I always have a superb time whenever I stay here. An important factor for me - especially in Winter - is a warm place to stay - I hate the cold!! Well Plas Llwyd is always lovely and warm, but the great thing is you can control the heating in the room! Amanda Clark the proprietor is the perfect host - so friendly and welcoming and she is backed up brilliantly by her children Bradley and Jessica who are all so helpful and accomodating. Plas Llwyd is such a comfortable place to stay if you are visiting North Wales and is especially handy for Llandudno - the main shopping area is within easy walking distance! The rooms are all very well decorated with spotless en-suite facilities! I would thoroughly recommend a stay here, because i will certainly be making another return visit very soon!
