Had a very pleasant enjoyable stay at this hotel, i agree with some of the comments that it is probably a slightly more expensive that some along that stretch and although there is a lot of attention to detail and overall is a very clean hotel, certain areas would benefit from a little *tweeking* , however don"t let this put you off, the host Rhona really is a valuable asset to this small establishment and will do anything for you. delicious breakfast too.. One thing that nearly put us off about staying there was the dog that has free run of the hotel, however after staying there i am happy to say you would not have known .. perfectly clean and a very well behaved. So although the room a a few pounds over priced the host more than made up in Value and there are some breath taking views from the front facing rooms.. Will be very happy to return.

Not poor and not great. A bit expensive. We booked X2 rooms, including X1 “sea view” (room 4) for which we were charged a premium. The room X1 small window with only a partial view of the sea at high tide – when the tide was out it was just a bit of the beach that we could see – hardly the advertised “sea view”. Breakfast was bog standard.

Room Tip: Don't pay a premium for room 4 as sea view

We stayes 2 nights. We was greeted by the nicest lady. The welcome was quick and painless. We was pointed in the direction of the room and not shown around (which we prefer). very clean. very homely and very friendly. we had a double room (room 3). very nicely set out and comfortable with the best view ive ever had from an hotel room. i spent half my time kneelin at the window with a drink watchin the world go by. The bed i feel needs updating. it was a little hard and creeky. (a little problem as it was our wedding anniversary haha). A bit picky maybe but i wouldnt have minded a slightly bigger TV. loads of storage space. good wash facilities. Breakfast was tops. good choice and well tasty. Who cares if you dont get ur coffee cus the host gets a little chatty. well worth a stay. That dog is just the best too. Best weekend iv had in ages. Thank you. The Gerrards.

Due to the failure of a prebooked B&B on one of the most busiest weekends in Llandudno ( victorian extravaganza and Royal wedding ) to fulfill its commitment my wife and i were left with no where to stay. We wondered around llandudno for some time trying to find a place to stay. Then just by chance we wondered into the Bryn-y-mor and was greeted by the owner Rhona, she was the perfect host. The Hotel was just perfect, high standard, clean and the breakfast wonderful.
Thank you Rhona, we will be back

Chose this hotel on spec, after perusing the photos outside, and feeling disapointed by others nearby on the seafront. Requested seafront ensuite room, and was given room 14, a small but cosy, modern ,clean attic space, with tremendous views across the bay/llandudno. Welcoming host, excellent breakfast, reasonable rates, fantastic postion, enjoyable sun terrace to the front, only problem was limited parking, which improved after 4pm, would recommend.

Great views is this hotel's main selling point, that and it's close (a little too close) to Llandudno's rather fading pier.

Absolutely nowhere to park, and entrance/communal areas are neat, clean but a little old-fashioned. Room was OK, totally devoid of character, I paid £20 extra for a room upgrade, although what I got for that money I'm not sure. Everything was there (no wi-fi though), and it was fine for a night.

Breakfast was OK, speedy service and friendly staff.

All in all, totally average, at £80 for one night, neither cheap or expensive.

Hotel is very clean, room was perfect with lovely sea view and a very friendly dog to welcome you. Breakfast was freshly cooked, you can sit out on the terrace for a relaxing drink after visiting local attractions which are within walking distance. Excellent value.
