Room 420, Sea View
This must be our favourite room at this hotel and, once again it didn't disappoint.
We ate at Chantre's the first night (as it was part of the package, Sunday by the Sea) and were pleasantly suprised. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Monday Lunch we had Salmon and Strawberries (as part of the Monday package) which, although wouldn't have be our first choice normally, were lovely.
Breakfasts were up to their usual, enjoyable standard.
Mint Condition was a nice distraction too.
Thanks too for a friendly Polish lady in the Restaurant. Unfortunately I didn't discover her name to mention her personally.
Thank you!

My husband I only stayed for the one night as the hotel was fully booked over the bank holiday weekend. It wasnt cheap at £195 the night room and breakfast but as I always say you normally get what you pay for and with The Imperial we felt we did. The room was a superior , seaview room, a beautiful elegant spacious room with sitting area , lovely large bathroom etc. Extremely comfortable bed . Tradititional but quietly elegant as the rest of the hotel from what we saw ( We were there too short a time ) Perfect position in the centre of the main promenade and close to the railway station for convenience. The main reception areas seemed busy but with a lovely ambience. We will definately return here.

Lovely place, we paid extra for a sea view and the room was huge, clean, comfortable and modern. We had dinner in The Terrace and the service could not have been better, the food was yummy and for the first time in years I actually had a dessert which was dreamy. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful and hard working. Our only problem was car parking as the hotel car park was full. However, when checking out I heard the receptionist tell another customer to leave their car keys and when a space was available they would move her car. I really enjoyed my stay.

Room Tip: Pay extra for a sea view.

Recently spent 4 nights there. Very comfortable, with good service and amenities. Room warm, spacious and quiet. Used swimming pool every day, good size and warm. Well situated for beach and shops. Only drawback is tiny hotel car park, but we had no problems parking near to the hotel.

Room Tip: We would have liked a sea view, but as we booked late, they were all taken - however we had a room o...

Thank you for your review and we're delighted you enjoyed your recent stay with us and appreciated our Health and Fitness Centre and close proximity to all that Llandudno has to offer. Sadly the size of our car park can't be increased but the Promenade offers plenty of parking and all within close proximity to the hotel, so we'r glad you found this no problem, We hope to see you again soon.

I just spent 4 days at this hotel with my son aged 12 and daughter aged 14. Going away for the first time without a partner was a bit nerve racking but our stay here was so comfortable with a laid back atmosphere. I'd recommend this hotel to any single parents out there who are aprehensive about going away alone with their children for the first time. A very good experience :). The reception staff were really accommodating and the cleaning staff deserve a medal. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool ( Tip: Best time to go is around 3 o'clock if you want the pool to yourself for an hour . We used the robes and slippers availabe in room to make the journey to and from the pool which does not have changing facilities. This wasn't at all a problem because everyone else does it in the hotel and the robes are long ones. I recommend you use the smaller lift which takes you to the basement). The room was very comfortable and come with flatscreen tv and wireless net work ( I took laptop ), My children took advantage of the board games on loan from reception for the late evenings. Parking was difficult and I was unable to park in the hotel carpark. However, to cut the stress I parked on the pier for £3 per day. Breakfast was delicious and the laid back atmosphere made it a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I will definately revisit the Imperial Hotel and my children equally have expressed that they would too.

Than you for your comments and we are really pleased you and your children enjoyed your stay with us, and that you found us an ideal and welcoming hotel for families which is something we pride ourselves on.
We know are car park is small and as much as we'd love to offer all our guests a car parking space sadly we're unable to increase its size but we'r glad you found parking on the Promenade and Pier easy. We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon.

recently spent a weekend here and enjoyed the querky old fashioned style, breakfast was always good and the massage we had from the beauty therapist was amazing.. I would go as far as to say the best we'd ever had - highly recommend the hot stones massage!! The hotel recommended us some lovely eating places - we did chinese, indian and italian and would highly recommend their suggestions:

Romeo's Italian - perfect!!
Asia - very nice indian!!
Queen Vic Pub - was amazing and very friendly always just drank here but food looked great!!

Room Tip: higher rooms so you can open windows as rooms do get rather hot and due to the age of the building d...

We have just returned from a short break at this lovely hotel. It was a last minute booking as we had had to cancel our foreign holiday due to my husband becoming medically unfit to fly. On our arrival we were able to park in the hotel car park and a porter was quickly summoned to assist with our baggage. Our room (standard) was spacious & spotlessly clean and the bathroom was very well appointed. The service received from all staff was first class and the inclusive breakfast was excellent. We had lunch on the terrace on one day of our stay and ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was always beautifully cooked and beautifully presented. Unfortunately on our last day there was a little mix up with our breakfast order but our complaint was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the senior restaurant staff. The duty manager came promptly to our table and resolved the matter to our complete satisfaction. Very well done all round. We hope to visit again soon.
