Just returned from a one night stay here. Hotel was lovely, with great views of the sea. Pool and facilities were great, but children can only use the pool between 9.00 and 6.00 which I was not aware of before arriving. The room was great and clean, but boiling hot even with the window open and the heating off. I don't know what the source of this was but we later discovered a fan in the wardrobe which we could of used to cool down. Another thing not listed on the website is the lack of parking, it listed free parking but we were told that all 5 places were full so would have to pay to park elsewhere. If the hotel classes 5 parking spaces for 300 guests as free parking they need their heads testing.

Room Tip: Fifth floor rooms are very warm (but modern) Plan parking before hand

Thank you for your review we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Our car park takes 25 cars, we would naturally love to have a large car park because it would make a dramatic difference to all our guests but we are fortunate in that we are one of the few hotels in the centre of the resort to offer any car parking facilities at all and find on the whole that guests, and trust you are one of these, that had no problem parking on the Promenade. Parking details are on our webste.

Excellent Hotel staff very helpful very clean, excellent restaurant able to cope with my wife's Gluten Free needs. Excellent swimming pool and Gym.
Had to park a long way from the hotel on the first day but managed to park right outside the next morning.
A little expensive but would happily visit again.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms very nice.

We stayed at the Imperial for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in the town. We had upgraded to a sea view room which was comfortable and spacious. The food in Chantreys restaurant was excellent and the waiters were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast menu was varied and very enjoyable. Nice to sit in the Terrace and enjoy the sea views while dining and relaxing after a busy day. The Receptionists were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We shall definitely return. Thank you.

Room Tip: We paid for an upgrade to enjoy the sea views.

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a suite (thanks). It was very large with sitting area including a sofa and two large chairs. There was a small table and two additional chairs seated in front of a large bay window with spectacular views out front. The room also included two desks along with a very large bed and super large bathroom. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of replacing dirty towels, glasses, re-fill of tea supplies for the in-room teapot. The staff at the desk were also super friendly as well as the staff in the restaurant. I was worried at first because a large spotlight shone on the building was right outside of our window, but the thick curtains did a great job of blocking out most of the light and the lights must be on a timer as they went out eventually as the night went on but if you're a light sleeper due to light, you might want to bring a mask. Overall, a great stay at the Imperial Hotel and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Room Tip: If you can upgrade to a suite, it is worth it for the view and extra space...definitely get a room w...

I spent a lovely few days in this hotel. I was attending a conference in the Venue and this was my first visit to Llandudno. The room I had was excellent Nice big comfy bed and the bathroom was the size of another small bedroom. Everything was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Staff were so friendly. Seemed like I had known them for ever. Breakfast to die for. Lots of it and very tasty. I loved the Welsh butter!!!! Considering a visit for a wee holiday soon.

Room Tip: I was on the 5th floor. Had room at back but when the sun was shining could see up the Great Orm an...
