Just came back from an Easter Weekend break at this hotel and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service we received was great and everyone was lovely and friendly. The entertainment is the best we have came across in Llandudno, as we have stayed in many hotels in the area. The room we stayed in was spotless, the food was lovely, service was second to none as nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Me and my wife are looking forward to returning soon.

6 of us have just returned from a 3 night easter break at the risboro. We arrived early so left the car in their carpark at rear of hotel.(can get full up,so don,t arrive late). The rooms were of a good quality for the price paid (£100 per person,bb&em)for the 3 nights, via travelstyle.
The meals were also of a good quality and quantity, usually with 4 choices for the evening meal.
Entertainment was in the concert room in the basement, which varied each night, including a very good "Elvis" tribute singer one night with a female singer the next night ,and a male the
following. Most nights "Mark" the hotel owner then did his female impersonations, and got most people going, and to his credit,is not a bad singer. The entertainment went on from 20-30 to well after midnight.
On the whole a good weekend, with staff friendly, and being a family run hotel made all the difference, would certainly go back again.

Had a weekend break at this hotel earlier this month. Lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. A good family run hotel Close to shops and seafront. We had a double room on the 2nd floor which turned out to be a family room and had plenty of space and storage. Hotel and rooms were rather dated but very clean. Plenty of hot water. Entertainment on Friday night was quite good. One negative is that the small carpark is very awkward to get in an out of because of the wall. It could be a good car park if they widened the entrances. We ended up parking on the road at the front.
The other negative is that whilst the meals were always hot the meal times were too rigid with and everyone had to eat at the same time 8.45 for breakfast and 7.00pm for dinner. Evening meals were very plain although breakfast was very good and served to the table.
There was a pool but I did not use it even though I normally swim every morning. The only reason being that it did not open until 8.00am and breakfast was 8.45 am only and the evening meal was also served at 7.00pm which is early for us.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side are quieter. You dont really want to be above the entertainment room.
