We spent New Year at the hotel on a three day break and found all the staff very helpfull.
We had a very enjoyable time and found the hotel food excellent. It is very clean and bright with good bedrooms. Really nothing to find fault with. The real plus is the very helpful way all the staff looked after us.

On arrival the reception dealt efficiently with helping us to park and booking in. However, my sister was allocated a lovely room on the 3rd floor whilst our room was on the first floor. The layout of the room was excellent but it was near to noisy air conditioning units and close to a wedding reception going on in the hotel. Fortunately after two visits to reception an alternative room 302 on the third floor was found for us. It was a really super room with views of the sea. The room was very clean, bathroom large and stylish. Unlike many hotels we have stayed in it was very quiet at night and we slept well. Best thing about St George's is the staff who are warm and friendly they take great pleasure in being as helpful as they can. Food was excellent, wine reasonably priced.
Looking forward to our return but will select a room in advance.

From the moment we checked in the staff couldn't do enough for us. We travelled with an elderly lady who needed a wheelchair at times and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the rooms were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat and once again the staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent for the shops, theatre and promenade and the parking was good especially compared with other hotels we've stayed in the town.

We have visited Llandudno many times and stayed in most of the hotels but from now on the St George's is the only one for us.

We really hope to come back very soon and shall recommend this hotel to all our friends.
Thank you all for a truly lovely time.

Thank you for taking the time to place this review and we do appreciate your kind comments.
The hotel decorations are lovely and Martin who works so hard each year will be delighted to read your comments.
I am sure the new ramp access was a benefit to you all with the wheelchair.
Finally thank you again for your kind comments and look at our website for special offers through January and February.
Have a Happy Christmas

What can I say we had a fab time - can't fault anything. We stayed at the hotel on the Arrive and Revive package and we did just that. The room was wonderful, the evening meal was out of this world and breakfast was the best I've had in ages. We would totally recommend this hotel to everyone - and we can't wait to go back and stay again. Not much happening in Llandudno of a night time but if your after a relaxing time then its definately the place to visit.

A Group of 4 couples booked this hotel on the internet. We were given no choice of rooms but they were described as large and comfortable. When we arrived, we were allocated "Classic Rooms" which are very small. Fortunately, there were better rooms available and the hotel reception were very understanding and upgraded our rooms to "Executive". These were excellent, being spacious and comfortable. Once we had overcome the issue with the room allocation (which was not the hotel's fault) we had an excellent 2 days. We were very well looked after by friendly staff. The breakfasts were first class in all respects and we could not have wished for better. The hotel is right on the sea front and the main shopping street is a 2 min walk.
