“Home from home”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 December 2013

For a change, we decided to get away for Christmas. We had read the reviews on Flockton Villa, so we decided to go and see for ourselves. What a wonderful place and what a wonderful family, we were made to feel most welcome from the minute we arrived, and the service, room and food were second to one. Owner Carole was kindness itself and nothing was too much trouble and we could come and go as we pleased. The food was excellent, and a lot of thought and attention had gone into the preparation of the meals. If you are looking for a well located guest house with excellent rooms, food and service, then just stay here!

Just a couple of nights but a very pleasant and welcoming B&B. The room etc was a good size, and all was very clean. Very good breakfast and we liked the initiative of placing your order the night before. Saves time in the mornings!

Could have perhaps done with a biscuit or 2 with the hospitality tray - which is usual - and the WiFi was a bit unreliable. But that is very minor and we would definitely stay there again.

Very warm welcome once again. Plenty of parking outside. Very clean rooms, outstanding breakfast. Fills you up for the day. Just a few mins from the town center and the prom. We were entertained at breakfast one morning with a guitar by the cook. Will be back there next year.

This B&B is really lovely. Karen offers you a very warm welcome and the room was bright and airy and absolutely spotless. It is in a great location- just minutes away from all over the main attractions and bars and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious too,. We will definitely be returning.

A very friendly, nice, welcoming place to stay. We would stay there again.
Also within walking distance of shops and sites of Llandudno.
We stayed in room 3, very clean and tidy place. Food was nice and the hosts very hospitable.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 3. Double room on the front. Large window facing The Great Orme. Fantastic view

Located closely to the city centre. Most of the local attractions are walkable distance from this property.
The owner of the property Carole, was very friendly ; nice lady to interact with. She was kind enough to offer me her personal toileteries when i was in need of one as it was too late to find an open shop to buy. She also extended her support when i messed with the lock at midnight 1'o clock.

I stayed in a double bed room with private bathroom, a normal size one. I found plenty of pillows, extra blanket, towels, cute little lux soap, beverage tray etc. It was a surprise to see the night gown in the wardrobe - Loved it. The room was extremely neat and clean. They were keen on changing the bedding, refilling the beverage tray and emptying the bin everyday.Bathroom was really big.

Quite Impressed by the Breakfast Menu Card system, you have to fill the card on the day of your arrival and should place in a holder provided there for making it available for the next day. From the menu card you can opt as per your choice.Possibly this is helping them to reduce food wastage.Dinning Hall is big, neat and clean. Breakfast is served from 9AM onwards.Sadly there were no Mushrooms, yoghurt, fresh fruits in their Menu.

Small elephant idols (collectables) are found throughout out the property, they were extremely cute.

Overall i had a good experience and a peaceful stay here. Will definitely retrun and recommend this to every one.

Room Tip: Double bed room with Ensuite facility might be a better choice for those who hate seperate bathrooms...
