Stayed here with my wife for two nights mid-July, like everyone else states it could not be faulted so there is nothing I can add except to thank the owners for a friendly and helpful stay.
Have since had a weekend break in the Lakes at a B&B in Bowness (more expensive) but not a patch on the Chilterns for service and helpfulness to their guests.

Room Tip: Guest have a few stairs to negotiate so the lower the room the better in that respect, although the owners are willing to assist with luggage etc...

Stayed here for mine and my wife's honeymoon in August. After having some not so great stays in Llandudno before, we didn't know what to expect. From the go we got a friendly welcome from Pat at the front door. Stuart her husband without asking carried our bags up 3 flight of stairs to our room. The room was on the top floor. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent plenty of food on offer and coffee. The only downside was we weren't able to stay long due to having go home :-(. Will differently stay here again.

For us this was first experience of a B & B and we couldn't fault it. Welcomed on the doorstep with offer of cup of tea and friendly chat. Stuart helped with bags to room. Room, as was all hotel very clean. Information in room for places to visit and eat very good with meuns and phone numbers included. Free wifi which is useful.Everything was thought of with clock radio and hairdryer all supplied. Hosts Pat and Stuart couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast I was a bit apprehensive about but it was an enjoyable experience with Pat chatting with everyone and such lovely breakfast cooked by Stuart, with choice of cereal fruit juice and yogurts as well. Extra tea and toast were offered if you felt you could manage this. Breakfast set us up for the day. All this and no chores to do has made the four nights we spent here a real treat with such friendly hosts and their lovely B & B. We normally caravan. Thank you Pat and Stuart.

Room Tip: On room was on first floor at back, was very quiet and cool as sun was on front of house.

we went here for our 32nd wedding anniversary break and we were not disappointed. Pat and Stuart could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Plenty of information in the room of places to see and restaurants to go to with menus and phone numbers etc. the room was spotless and plenty of tea and coffee with mugs not silly cups changed daily. The welcome we received at Chilterns was second to none will recommend this place to anyone. we will come back again and bring our family...

This was a surprise destination for our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. Pat & Stuart welcomed us like family, used first names and gave an excellent welcome. Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable with tea, coffee, chocolate and bottled water provided., all this plus an en suite..better than some hotels.Breakfast was plentiful and very well cooked by chef Staurt in his marvellous pinny. There was plenty of choice and a light or full breakfast to set you up for the day especially good if walking the Great Orme. Pat and Stuart gave plenty of welcome advice on the area to ensure all guests made the most of their stay. We felt as though we had stayed with friends and would definitely recommend thisaccomodation and will hopefully return for another stay.

Room Tip: Ask for low floor if you aren't keen on flights of stairs
