From the minute we arrived Stuart & Pat couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the decor is lovely with some really nice touches. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the food and service was spot on. All in all a very enjoyable stay and yes I would definately go back.

Room Tip: I don't think any room would disappoint!

Just returned from another wonderful stay with Pat and Stuart at their excellent B&B, they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive to when you leave. Pat has many duties which she excels at, and Stuart's poached eggs are the best I have ever tasted.
We are looking forward to our next stay in August, hopefully there will be no need to dry our clothes on this visit !!

Having stayed in B and B's accross the country I have to say this is just about the best we have ever been to and cannot wait to go back. Hotel itself is immaculately clean and the room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed and decor really lovely. What made it special was our hosts Pat and Stuart.. It was like staying with friends.. what absolutely genuinely lovely people. Breakfast was lovely (stuarts crunchy fried bread was to die for)..
If you are reading this review I would urge anyone to book with Pat and Stuart at Chiltern. . and from Julie and myself ..guys ... Thank you for a lovely welcoming stay. Hopefully see you in a few weeks

We booked at the Chilterns having not been able to book at our first choice hotels due to a late decision to go to Llandudno. But what a find ! The most welcoming hosts, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is the best I've had at any 5 star hotel. We will certainly highly recommend this B & B.

Thank you very much for your kind review, Pat and I are both pleased that you had an enjoyable stay. We especially liked the comment "The breakfast is the best I've had at any 5 star hotel." When we started our B&B the breakfast was officially graded 5* by the hotel inspector funnily enough and we still get many similar comments plus, what I like to see best...... lots of clean plates coming back from the dining room!!! Using high quality produce really pays off!
It was a pleasure looking after you both, hope to see you soon
Thanks again,
Stu & Pat

Just got back from a 3 day break with friends for the Victorian weekend. Pat and Stuart as always made our stay memorable from the moment we arrived. Used our first names and nothing was to much trouble.rooms are excellent with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent even the veggie option. We've stayed in some guest houses up and down the country and for the money this is by far the best yet. You will not find anything as good or as clean as chilterns. Pat and Stuart are the most friendliest owners we have come across highly recommended guest house you can not go far wrong staying here thank you. Hope to see you soon.

Room Tip: Any room you can not go wrong
