We stayed here for one night, myself partner and son. On arrival the host requested payment beofre we had even seen the room, once in the room it was clean yet quite small. The single bed for my son was right next to the window which you were able to open all the way, quite dangerous for a toddler so he stayed in our bed with us. Also there is no double glazing, all night we could hear cars passing and drunk people shouting in the street. Very annoying! Breakfast was nice, person serving the breakfast very helpful and welcoming. I will think of staying again only if the room is round the back away from the busy road.

Room Tip: Ask for a room round the back away from the busy road

St.davids is a hidden gem in llandudno, the rooms are better than most other hotels in price bracket. The breakfasts are quality, and dining area very relaxing. The service is excellent which makes this hotel 5 star for value, been 3 times this year alone !

stayed for 2 nights, fantastic location, however greeted by I think it was the host, but not sure as we never saw him again!, he demanded money before my daughter and her husband even arrived, very un-proffessional!!!! We have never had to pay up front ever!!!!!
The room was freezing when we entered, I asked if the heating was on and was told it comes on at 7pm which it did, but went off at 11pm!!!! The room did look clean, but very small , however further inspection revealed hairs in the shower which was a joke!! needs to be renamed as the trickle!! The sink plug hole was green with gunge!!! There are no towel rails for your towels or radiators in the bathroom, but a sign asking you to re-use them although you can`t dry them out!!!! Tea & coffee is in your room, however it is as old as the toiletries left over from previous guests which are left in the bathrooms!!!!!! The breakfast is very cheap cuts of sausage and bacon which was under cooked, Cheap cereals and thin, cold, rock hard toast !!!! No contact at all with the host once he had had our money!!!! The only positive I have is the bed was very comfortable! All in all very disappointed cheap sustanded accommodation for the price we paid £150 Never again!!!!!!

Rude and unhelpful proprietor, booked for £60 online was asked to pay £70 on arrival, allegedly 'pet-friendly' but the owner certainly showed no friendliness toward our dog - 'pets allowed' would be a more accurate description, disgustingly grotty room advertised as a double more like a single, slept fully clothed as I didn't trust the bed linen to be clean, didn't use the shower in the morning and didn't go down for breakfast. Couldn't get out of there quick enough. Word of advice - stay next door at Hotel no.9, they at least know how to run a clean B & B.

Nice hotel, good view but nothing special with the service. Could get better service in four star hotels. Restaurant staff seemed ignorant most of the time, worse part was nobody seemed to be interested if we enjoyed our meal.
One great thing was the reception, speedy in and out without delays.
